Justin Timberlake Wants Everybody to "Say Something"

By the Entertainment Editorial Team

Justin Timberlake is more than halfway to the release of his fifth solo studio album, Man of the Woods (available February 2, 2018).

Reunited with Chris Stapleton after their 2015 CMA performance together, Justin Timberlake and Stapleton have joined forces to get everybody to "Say Something" in the third of four singles he's set to release in anticipation of the album.

In some contrast to his first two singles, which played off of mechanical sonic tones that Timberlake has been experimenting with on his new album, the core of this particular single is clearly rooted in the place he's from. It's the classic heartfelt JT sound that we can all be familiar with: a sweet melody, a touch of country, a good beat, and a lot of heart. Plain and simple but completely original.

Shot inside of the historic Bradbury building in Downtown Los Angeles, the music video has Justin and Chris start off at opposite sides of the building, each with a guitar in hand, and come together in the end as the lyrics suggest - all in one continuous shot. Timberlake and Stapleton also take advantage of the great acoustics provided by the building as they naturally amplify the message of the song.

Watch the video below and see how Timberlake has left us feeling 'caught up in the rhythm of it'!
